Shipping policy

Shipping:

• 1-3 business days delivery time on standard shipping within UAE
• Cash on delivery options available only for UAE customers.
  
• Customers outside the United Arab Emirates who place orders worth more than 1000 AED will be contacted by our customer care to provide customer ID for order shipment.
  

International Customers

• 3-5 business days delivery time for GCC Countries
  
• 5-10 business days delivery time for USA, Canada, South America, UK, Europe, Australia, Russia, China & rest of the World.
• You maybe liable to custom duty tax and VAT in your local country. Warsan General Trading is not responsible for these payments. Please check your local government agency for these costs.

 Returns:

All items on Zahaar are covered by our 30 day free returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 30 days from delivery of your order provided they are unused,  unopened, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
